To set up email forwarding so that mail sent to your Texas.net email will be forwarded to a different email address instead, please contact support with the following information:
- The Texas.net email address you would like to have forwarded
- The new (non-Texas.net) email address that you would like the mail forwarded to
- The last 4 digits of the payment card on the account, so our support team can verify your identity as the account holder
Your new forwarding rule will be set up within one week.
Please keep in mind that after forwarding has been set up, emails will no longer show up in the Texas.net inbox - they will only show in the inbox for the email address that your Texas.net email address is being forwarded to.
